summer said so

oh dear, summer's here!

all out of the sudden a 35 degrees today

cees and i jumped on a bike and drove to a spot in the nature

where we could lay down and watch people in alarmingly tiny swimshorts sail by

fleeeaaaa markets!

i've been wandering around a lot of flea markets lately

if you really want to find cheap and unique pieces of clothing

that's the best tip i can give you.

on fleamarkets you find the pretty old clothes that people want to get rid of

like the sweater in the last picture, i found it yesterday for only 4 euros

(at home i found out it's a pretty expensive brand and it's worth a lot more)

and even though it's awfully big, iii love it.

i think my dad will love it too! 

i always steal his clothes, so he'll be happy to steal something of mine

i'll make a post with my latest vintage finds any soon!

then you'll see how underestimated flea markets are haha

cafe couture

 

remember i told you about cafe couture in my last post?

well here's my first look for them!

i picked this lace detailled blouse out of the handpicked items in the shop.

it's really a pretty thing, so if you're intrested in buying it, just send an email to

and i am absolutely in love with the wall i used in most of these photo's

i found it in a little secret garden nearby my house

and i guess i'll be shooting some more there soon. 

today i went to a workshop/ jam session about guitars

since i'm going to start lessons after the summerbreak

i never knew there were so many different ways to play the guitar.

and during the jam session i even dared to sing as well haha!

it really was lovely.

today i went to cafe couture, 

a lovely vintage shop i wandered by in the streets some time ago

i had never mentioned it before, and got curious. i got into a conversation with the owner

and ended up collaborating together! 

so today i went back to talk about what i could do for her, 

because i think it's a shame it's not more known. 

so soon i'll have a new look with some super pretty pieces of clothing

and you'll be able to buy them.

now i am watching 'the walking dead'

and it is absolutely terrifying (did i spell that right?)

the snugg

 some time ago i ordered this ipad case from the snugg

i never thought it would be so handy !

and it actually looks a whole lot prettier too, it even feels like a book.

the cover is really hard, so it's now bump-proof

which comes in handy, i'm clumsy with these gadgets kind of things.

today i stayed home to give lotje all the care she needs

and that's pretty much care hahah

i enjoy having her over a lot, even though melle isn't always sure 

about this jumpy fast little creature.

but doesn't she has the most beautiful eyes?

summer aint a bummer

summer has arrived!

cees and i went shooting on pretty places,

sunbathing, and eating fruits.

we have a little guest over for the week!

oh what a pretty wall this actually is

the strange thing is, that some things aren't pretty

 until you have looked at them from close by.

i am my mother on the wall, with us all.

 dear daddy fixed my laptop, so i'll be posting some more again

the warmer weather seems to have finally arrived here in the netherlands

though, you'll never know for how long haha.

but for now i'm enjoying it as much as i can. 

today i spend my time meeting up with an old friend i hadn't seen in a few years

it was good to see her, and lovely to feel we still had some kind of connection.

tomorrow my mom and i will go visit my granny.

updates

just a short post to let you know

that both my computer and camera have died

which resulted in a lack of updates.

monday i will go back to my parents and hopefully fix them

(well, its not like i would fix them, my dad would, i'd probably make it worse)

im staying there to help taking care of wobbe and the house

now that my mom wants to visit my ill grandma

because we have had some bad new unfortunately.

but i will try to post as much as i can (:

cees and i went to a camping birthday party from ruben and julia

i was afraid i was going to freeze my bum off, but i didn't

they provided pretty fires, lights and a lovely evening

yesterday i had a reunion from elementary school

we hadn't seen eachother for over 8 years

and it was really intresting and lovely to see all these people again

that i spend so much time with when i was young

they actually all looked exactly the same as they did 8 years ago

except a little older and taller haha

today i decided it's about time for me

to buy my own camera.

so far i've been relying on cees and my dad

but that also means i can't shoot whenever i want to

so now i'm up to the job; picking one out of 1000 kinds of cameras.

so my question to you;

do you have a camera you'd really reccomend for easy shooting?

the main problem for me is that a 'good camera' (i know people who shoot amazing shots, with a really cheap camera. in the end it kind of depends on your skills.

and i don't have that many) easily get's really heavy.

so if you've got a lovely reccomendation, please feel free to tell me (:

closet update!

yesterday my mama came over, 

and we went to this beautifull place you can see on the picture

living in the center of the city is lovely, but i yearn for nature and green

we were incredibly lucky to catch a sunny day

i promised to announce when i updated my closet

so here you gooo

 this dress from romwe is probably the brightest dress i have

combining it with my comfy shoes from le bunny bleu,

i had a summerish look!

not really matching the weather though.

it's been raaaining and raining.

and i heard moscow has a 25 degrees.

it's been raining all day, i've met up with a stranger, i haven't slept much

and now it is
